  1. Hold band with both hands
  2. Place band in middle of back
  3. Extend arms forward while rounding out back
  4. Hold for 3-5 seconds
  5. Repeat 3-5 times


Neck Stretch Lateral Bend
  1. Place band on back of neck
  2. Hold band with both hands and extend one arm straight out and one arm to the side
  3. Gently lift head towards band
  4. Hold for 3-5 seconds
  5. Repeat 3-5 times



Neck Stretch Extension
  1. Place band on back of neck
  2. Hold band with both hands and extend arms straight out and up
  3. Gently lift head upward
  4. Hold for 3-5 seconds
  5. Repeat 3-5 times
