- Hold band with both hands
- Place band in middle of back
- Extend arms forward while rounding out back
- Hold for 3-5 seconds
- Repeat 3-5 times
Neck Stretch Lateral Bend
- Place band on back of neck
- Hold band with both hands and extend one arm straight out and one arm to the side
- Gently lift head towards band
- Hold for 3-5 seconds
- Repeat 3-5 times
Neck Stretch Extension
- Place band on back of neck
- Hold band with both hands and extend arms straight out and up
- Gently lift head upward
- Hold for 3-5 seconds
- Repeat 3-5 times
